In 2019, our investment company made a strategic acquisition of a 3000 square meter commercial plot in Gothenburg from Skanska, one of Sweden’s largest construction firms. By 2021, we successfully completed the development of two retail buildings. Throughout the construction phase, we actively marketed the project to various potential stakeholders and secured long-term contracts with some of Sweden’s leading companies, including the prominent gym chain 24 Seven Fitness, a healthcare center Omtanken, and Lidl, a well-known retail store.

Throughout the entire process, our team worked in close collaboration with the future tenants, meticulously adhering to their specific requirements in terms of design, material selection, and layout planning. This careful attention to detail and commitment to meeting our clients’ needs was a cornerstone of our approach.

The culmination of this project was the sale of the entire development, consisting of the two buildings, to Aberdeen Property Investors Fund. This transaction not only signifies the successful completion of the project but also underscores our expertise in managing and executing large-scale commercial real estate developments, further cementing our reputation as a leader in the investment sector.
